Questions

Before you apply

Pricing, scheduling, evaluation, and what you actually walk away with — answered in full.

Is this a course or a job?+

Neither. It's a 4-week simulation of real work, evaluated by a practitioner and a founder. You walk away with proof of performance, not a paycheck or a certificate.

What does it cost, and why?+

Under ₹5,000 per cohort. It's priced as a placement investment, not a course fee — the return you're buying is a Talent Report that moves you further in real hiring conversations, not a certificate to add to a resume.

What if a cohort doesn't fill up?+

Cohorts are capped at 25 seats so every submission gets a real read. If a cohort doesn't fill by its start date, applicants move to the waitlist for the next cohort instead of the simulation running under-resourced.

Is the simulation the same for every student?+

No. Task 1, 2, and 3 build progressively — each one adds a layer on top of the last. The Master Simulation in Week 4 integrates all three, but with different numbers and a different scenario, so no two students are solving an identical problem.

What AI tools are actually taught?+

Domain-specific ones — the tools a working practitioner in that field uses today, taught as part of the professional workflow content, not a generic "intro to AI" bolted on. AI also shows up inside the simulation itself, in character, and in how submissions get their first-pass evaluation.

What happens after the cohort ends?+

Weeks 1–4 run the content, tasks, and Master Simulation. Your Talent Report is delivered Tuesday–Wednesday of the following week, and the top-performer shortlist goes to the company partner at the same time.

What if I don't perform well?+

Every student gets individual written feedback regardless of tier. A lower tier is still an honest signal — more useful than a certificate that says nothing.

Is there a placement guarantee?+

No. The Talent Report is evidence, not a guarantee. It's designed to get you further in a hiring process, not to replace it.

How much time does this take?+

3–4 hours of content per week for three weeks, plus the tasks themselves. Week 4 is the Master Simulation — expect a heavier week.

Who evaluates my work?+

AI does a first-pass read on every submission, then an industry practitioner reviews and personalizes the feedback. Top performers are also reviewed directly by the company partner who co-designed the simulation.

Can companies verify my Talent Report?+

Yes — it's a standardised document addressed directly to hiring companies, built to be checked against the cohort and task record.
